Shipping & Returns

To cancel an order:
Once you order from us, we start working on it right away. For that reason, depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order; that we may have already shipped the product to you. In that case, you may need to return it to us. Buyers pays the shipping charge to return the product. If we have not shipped your order, we will cancel your order after we receive your request and refund FULLY.

Shipping:
In stock:- Usually ships within 2 days - If out of stock:- Usually ships within 3 weeks. However we will inform you the delivery time before processing the order.

Refund or Exchange policy:

Products on SALE, SPECIAL ITEMS are non-refundable, non-exchangeble.

Regular products:
If you are dissatisfied with our products, we will exchange or refund fully. The goods should be returned/shipped prepaid within 15 days after you receive the parcel. Buyers pays the shipping charge to return the product. We will exchange or refund fully, as per your request, as we receive the returned goods unused, unmarked and at its original condition. Please note that we have no policy of refunding without receiving the returned product unused, unmarked and at its original condition.

Please view color chart for color reference. Please note down color code and product number and please specify at color code, color name, product number at "special instruction". We also accept color reference from Pantone Textile Color Guide.

Shipping Charge
FREE SHIPPING in Canada and USA on purchase of a specific amount. or pays specific amount for shipping will be quoted before checkout.

Delivery
We use Canada Post Expedited Service or Express Service. Normally takes 3 to 10 business days to deliver at your door or nearest post office. We will send Canada Post tracking number once dispatched.
