• Feel free to share our project brochures, my number and other details without hesitation.
• Register your client visits in advance, only after sharing our project details with them on WhatsApp.
• If client comes without you (trying to skip you) directly OR gives any other name while visiting, after receiving project details on WhatsApp, it will still be considered under your CP name, only if lead is registered on this portal prior to 20 days from visit.
• After registration, in 20 days client must visit the site. If any other CP claims the lead after 20 days, it will be considered in his quota for next 20 days. To avoid this, it is best to follow up and re-register the lead every 19 days in case client cannot make visit on time.
• In case client comes directly after 20 days alone (trying to skip you) without any other CP, we will still consider it, but only up to 45 days for 1%. After 45 days, it will not be considered under any CP portfolio. 45 days is good enough time for customer visit from the date of sharing details.
• Confirmation mail will be sent for lead proof and protection.
• If there is a lead clash with another CP or site data, it will be informed to both parties in advance.
• If you can’t visit with customer on a specific site visit day, just connect with site manager. They will take care of things.
• In today’s market scenario, lead clash is unavoidable. We have made this portal to keep unique leads protected.
• First online registered lead will be locked for 20 days for visit and for 75 days after visit for booking under CP name.

• Your lead will be locked only for project you select, not for all projects. For multiple projects, multiple registrations will be required. Every project is a separate entity, not one whole group.
